1. ELIGIBILITY

The "" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of RK-Tunes LLC (the "Sponsor"), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

2. SPONSOR

Sponsor: RK-Tunes, Inc., 160 Cabot St, West Babylon, NY 11704. Administrator: American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., 300 State St. Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614.

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on and ends on at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Entry Method #1: Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit rktunes.us and purchase any eligible product or entry pack. Each purchase will earn you entries into the Sweepstakes based on the product purchased. Entry quantities may vary based on promotional periods.

Entry Method #2: Free Entry (AMOE)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter free, legibly hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth and email address on a 3"x5" card or paper and mail it in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage affixed to: RK Tunes Sweepstakes, PO Box 215, Macedon, NY 14502-0215. Each mail-in entry is worth five (5) entries. If postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, write the corresponding multiplier on the back of the envelope to receive it. Entries must be postmarked by September 9, 2026 and received by September 14, 2026. Envelopes must be hand-printed by the entrant and mailed individually; bulk shipments will not be accepted.

6. PRIZE

The prize for this Sweepstakes is:

The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied. Winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration, and other fees associated with prize acceptance and use.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted within approximately fourteen (14) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends by a third-party sweepstakes administrator, whose decisions are final and binding.

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days following the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices.

8. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU

By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or prize.

11. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, participants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

12. WINNERS LIST
